Pricing Information:
Our veterinarians and staff work with a variety of budgets for care and treatment of your pet. We offer the gold standard of care, services, and products to our furry friends. Please contact our practice coordinator to learn more.
Payment Options for Veterinary Care:
We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Scratch Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Care Credit. All payments are due once we have discussed treatment recommendations and when services are performed.
We are unable to take payments, invoice you later, and/or perform complimentary veterinary services. We do not accept personal checks from new clients or PayPal checks. Care Credit and Scratch Pay offer payment plans for veterinary care.
Appointment Deposit:
All new client appointments are held with a deposit only. The deposit link for payment will be sent via text and email. This must be paid in order to see your pet. If this is not paid within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment, we will cancel your appointment.
Appointment Time Frame:
Appointments are set in one hour increment blocks per pet. Please ensure you have set aside at least 2-3 hours for an appointment in case our team runs behind or is running ahead of schedule. At most, our team can run about 30-60 minutes late for scheduled appointments. We will update you if the team is behind or ahead of schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please be courteous and let us know more than 72 hours in advance. This allows us to rebook an appointment for a pet that needs medical care. We are by appointment only, this means our staff has a specific, dedicated time set aside to see your pet for the visit. We cannot re-book most appointments who cancel within a 72 hour time frame.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit or you will be subjected to a cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees are strictly enforced. Cancellations are based upon our normal operating business days and do not include weekend days.
No medical information will be released until all unpaid bills are finalized with CCMVS. In order to maintain a valid VCPR, all fees must be paid in order for us to continue care for your pet. No prescriptions will be filled if any fees are outstanding with the clinic. All pending and current prescriptions will be cancelled ASAP for anyone not maintaining a valid VCPR with CCMVS.
Cancellation Fees:
New Clients: Non-refundable travel deposit. You must pay an additional travel deposit to rebook the appointment.
Returning Client Cancellation Fees:
$200 for surgery cancellation
$100 for routine appointment
$200 for no show appointment
