IN-HOME VETERINARY SERVICES:

Some of our services are conducted in your home and not in our mobile van. We utilize two vehicles of operation. Dr. Crockett primarily works out of the van while providing veterinary care. Dr. Crockett can work in the home when necessary. Dr. Jacobs works out of a car and provides more in-home veterinary care visits.

If you have a preference of location for the visit, like in the home specifically, then please select the doctor of choice or indicate your preference in the medical condition location. We may not always be able to provide preference but try to ensure expectations are met.

You will receive an email, text, and/or call from us after your request for appointment is submitted. Expectation of turn our for scheduling an appointment is within a few hours to next day pending time of submittal. If you submit a request over the weekend, after hours, or near/after we close, we will get back to you the next business day of operation. Please reference our operating hours above and below.

TEXT MESSAGE REQUESTS:

If you have called or sent us a text message outside of normal operating hours, we will respond on our next business day. We strive to have great communication with our clients. If we have not responded to a text message within business hours of operation, please re-send the text message as sometimes our texting platform may not have delivered the message.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call or text at more than 72 in advance to let us know. Cancellations less than 72 hours before will incur cancellation fees as follows:

New Client:

Non-refundable travel deposit. You must pay an additional travel deposit to rebook the appointment.

Returning Client Cancellation Fees:

$200 for surgery cancellation

$100 for routine appointment

$200 for no show appointment
